SMS Terms
Sondri is operated by Cordix LLC. These terms describe our text messaging program.
What the program does
Sondri sends transactional text messages about property maintenance requests. Depending on your role, messages may include:
- Confirmation that a maintenance request was received.
- Notice that a contractor has been assigned, and when the assignment status changes.
- For contractors: a new job offer, a scheduling confirmation, or a reminder about an open assignment.
- Updates when a request changes status or is completed.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Every message relates to a specific maintenance request.
How you are enrolled
Sondri does not enroll anyone automatically, and does not sign anyone up through this website.
Tenants. If you ask your property management company to send you text updates, they record your request in Sondri. We then text you a confirmation that identifies Sondri, names your property management company, and tells you how to stop. Consent is never a condition of your tenancy or of any service.
Contractors and crew members. When a contracting company adds a crew member to Sondri, it provides that person's mobile number. Sondri sends that person one invitation message identifying Sondri and the contracting company, and asking them to reply YES. A crew member who does not reply YES receives no job texts.
The first message you receive from Sondri identifies the service and the company that added you — your property management company, or the contracting company you work for — and tells you how to stop receiving messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on maintenance activity. Most recipients receive messages only when a request they are involved in is created or changes status.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Sondri does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from Sondri. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages.

If you stop text messages, your property management company may contact you by other means about maintenance at your unit.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions.
Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
Privacy
Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
